What are my delivery options?

  • As standard we offer Free UK Tracked Delivery with all orders.
  • Next Day Delivery - order by 3pm Monday-Thursday.
  • Guaranteed Saturday Delivery - order by 3pm on Friday.

You will receive an email with your tracing number shortly after we have fulfilled your order. You will be able to track your parcel via the email link from 5pm the same day.

How long does free delivery take?

All orders are sent via Royal Mail & aim to be with you within 2-3 working days.

The product I want is out of stock, When will it be back?

Any products currently out of stock we're aiming to have back in stock by August. Subscribe below to be the first to know!

Personalised Embossing

Personalised embossing is complimentary with all orders & available on all leather or suede product. Unfortunately we cannot emboss onto any hair on hide product.

Enter your name or initials on the product page when ordering and choose your preferred finish. We offer gold or silver foil & also blind embossing which uses only heat.

What if I do not want embossing?

If you would not like embossing on your item, simply select 'No embossing' on the "Finish' drop down.

How do I return a product?

To return an item. Post to the returns address at the bottom of your order confirmation included in your parcel within 14 days of purchase. Please include the packing slip so we have the order number and your name. A refund will then be made.

Dalton's returns policy

  • If you are unhappy with the product purchased we will be happy for you to return the product within 14 days of receipt and a refund will then be made via paypal providing that the product is in it's original unused and unworn condition.
  • Please note that bespoke orders and sale items are non refundable.
  • Please be aware that any product being returned is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore we recommend that you use Royal Mail, recorded delivery.

Can I return a personalised product?

Unfortunately all bespoke orders or personalised orders are non-refundable or available for exchange. We recommend reading our size guide before ordering.

How do I exchange a product?

To exchange your item, post to the address at the bottom of the packing slip which is enclosed with your order including a note of return address & the item you would like to exchange for with 14 days or receipt.

Dalton's exchange policy

We are more than happy to exchange your product within 14 days of receipt providing the original product purchased is in it's original unused and unworn condition.

I'm buying a gift, I don't know which size to go for?

All of our standard belts measurements are taken from the middle hole & are adjustable by 7'' allowing for a large amount of adjustability both smaller & larger. You will find product specific size guides at the bottom of each product page. For more information click here.

Where are your products made?

We're proud to say that all of our products are handmade here in Britain.

The majority of our collections are still handmade by Dalton's founder Emma in our Somerset based workshop whilst other collections are made in London.

Where is your leather sourced?

All of the leather used to produce our collections is handpicked in London by Dalton's founder Emma ensuring quality we can promise. All hides used are ethically sourced Italian farms.
